1974年4月某日凌晨3点左右，纽约长岛阿米蒂维勒区一幢三层别墅发生一起灭门惨案。雷安家的小儿子罗纳德趁着父母兄弟沉睡之时，用来福枪将他们一一射杀。事后罗纳德声称，当时自己的身体被人进入，身不由己犯下滔天大罪。虽然法庭最终为采纳他的辩辞，但关于这栋闹鬼别墅的传言却甚嚣尘上。 一年后，事先毫不知情的鲁兹夫妇（James Brolin & Margot Kidder 饰）以极低的价格买下了雷安家的别墅。当他们搬进来不久，怪事便接二连三地发生了…… 本片根据真实事件改编。。Two Belgian brass bands compete for the European title. One is Flemish (Sint-Cecilia), the other Walloon (En Avant). Sint Cecilia loses their soloist in dramatic circumstances and to ensure their participation in the contest they try to steal the very talented soloist from En Avant.
