本剧讲述了青年医生宫本步在担任整形外科医生的同时，还被任命兼任医院近年来开始大力发展的“山地诊疗科”。高中毕业以来，回到故乡长野的步，因为从小就在山里长大，所以一直对大山有着特殊的感情。作为医生，他没有什么特别的目标，志向也很迷茫，只是一副随大流的样子，但在山地医疗队的日子里，他开始一点点地成长。。A strange man comes into a house with only the wife. He says he'll leave after a shower and a meal, but his actions are exactly like the husband's. What has happened? He says that he learned everything from a friend he knows... A woman who is taking rice cakes around is held hostage with the wife. The man gets drunk and reveals the truth about her husband. The wife feels more scared about her husband now...
