讲的是刑警李强因故被调到城乡接合部的三岔镇当派出所副所长，在所长王英连的影响下，与秦莎莎等派出所民警一起努力进取，为当地百姓筑起一道平安之盾。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
