该剧以“一事不再理原则”（一旦处理过的案件不再审理的法律一般原则）为背景。讲述5年前被派为国选律师崔度贤（李俊昊饰）负责的一起女性被杀案中，该案嫌疑犯韩钟久被起诉杀人，但最终被判无罪。之后韩钟久因为其他杀人案再次被起诉，在裁判过程中他自白自己是5年前的杀人案的真凶，但因为“一事不再理原则”而无法接受处罚。将讲述即使犯人自白了，却无法惩罚的法律的讽刺故事。。After the divorce, Lisa was left with two children. Soon she meets a woman who is called her relative and says that their family has a family curse and that Lisa's boys are in mortal danger. Lisa refuses to believe in superstitious fears, but later strange visions begin to visit her, and she realizes that the curse turns out to be real. Now she must save her children from evil ...。
