With Rob Houwer, Hans Rolf Strobel, Peter Schamoni, Norbert Kückelmann, Alexander Kluge, Marran Gosov, Werne...。马特（克里斯•奥唐纳Chris O'Donnell 饰）是一名年轻有为的青年，一次偶然中，他邂逅了名为凯西（德鲁•巴里摩尔Drew Barrymore 饰）的女孩，性格热情奔放的凯西很快就吸引了马特的注意，凯西是马特第一个爱上的姑娘。随着交往的深入，马特渐渐发现，做事从来不按常理出牌的凯西，似乎真的有那么一点点疯狂。在一场意外事故之中，凯西身受重伤被送入了精神病院，马特为了凯西不惜帮助她“越狱”，两人踏上了“逃亡”的旅途。但很快马特就开始意识到，凯西是真的有病，而让她痊愈的唯一方法，就是将她送回她的父母身边。。
