故事舞台设定在有严格等级制度，学生分为学生会长，学生会成员和亲卫队选民，以及平民三个等级的岚之丘学园，神秘转校生清水小百合却破坏了规矩，她不服从学生会，我行我素，与学生会发生冲突。。Angel, a member of a punk rock band in the apocalyptic future, is kidnapped by Mok, a legendary superocker. Obsessed with a dark experiment, Mok plans to use Angel's voice to summon a demon from another dimension. The rest of the band follows Mok to Nuke York in an attempt to get her back.。
