安田（田口智朗饰）是个霉运当头的小职员，失业又失恋。他决定去打劫求财，结果到了银行门口发现忘了买口罩。只好跑去一家便利店买口罩，却发现自己身上一分钱都没有。情急之下偷了一个儿童口罩，却被正在店里吸毒的店员（相泽健二饰）发现，立刻追了上去。在追逐过程中，店员又撞上了来问他催债的黑社会分子武田（堤真一饰），他因染上毒瘾欠下巨债，而武田因为自己的疏忽刚刚导致老大被别人杀死，正要好好表现一番，遂加入追逐中。 三个失败者莫名其妙地在街头展开一场无目的的追逐，狂奔途中，三人忘了是为什么在跑，各自做起了自己的美梦。最后，三个人莫名其妙到达一栋房子，累得再也爬不起来，结果更为惊险的局面在等着他们。。抗战时期，国民党高级将领吴克峰感于我党大义，投身革命阵营，并隐蔽在敌军内部工作，成为一名光荣的“卧底将军”。 吴克峰同乡军官姬少康，在乡时与侍女汪寒梅恋爱并致其产下一子。姬父作主将汪寒眉强行嫁于同乡侄辈吴克峰。吴家父母开通，愿意施恩收容，吴克峰却深感汪寒眉与姬少康有染，政治面目模糊，左右为难。恰逢山河沦陷，吴克峰痛别故乡，毅然踏上抗战征途，自此不问家事。 危城陷落前夕，婆母病故，寒眉寻夫报丧，迷失阵中，独子夭亡，幸被我新四军营救于危难。在我党的教育下，汪寒眉加入了革命工作，并被派入敌中统内部，成为一名优秀的我党特工。 抗战胜利后，蒋方全力进攻解放区，我党启动代号“密使一号”的吴克峰，命令他执行策反任务，瓦解敌军。出于工作需要，代号“密使二号”的汪寒眉也前往军中，专司协助吴克峰。已成为中统特务的姬少康，则被遣入部队执行反谍使命。三个有着深刻恩怨纠葛的同...。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
