唐天宝年间，人到中年的李善德骂骂咧咧干了很多活，抠抠搜搜花了不少钱，到头来却还是个无名小吏。最终，因一次召见而发生诸多变化……。圣（石川由依配音）是有些沉迷于工作的20岁OL，一天，加班结束后的她在误打误撞之中被传送到了异世界，成为了那里的圣女。和圣一起被传送过来的，还有其他人，在感到被冷落之后，圣决定暂时放下圣女的职责，跑出了王宫，开始了随心所欲的生活。圣非常喜欢植物，凭借着这份热爱，圣隐瞒了自己的身份，来到了药用植物研究所工作，并且在这里遇见了善良的所长约翰（江口拓也配音）和导师裘德（八代拓配音），在两人的帮助之下，圣的工作逐渐步入了正轨。受到圣身上圣女力量的影响，圣所制作出的所有药水都拥有了50%的增益，这使得圣在当地渐渐树立了口碑，获得了信赖。。Will & Grace are best friends. Will is a gay lawyer and Grace is a straight interior designer. They both live in New York. Grace is engaged to a real jerk, but when that relationship falls apart, she moves in with Will.
